After spending 20+ years building a company that contributed significantly to Central New York’s economy, I wanted to find new ways to continue to support this growth. Providing my perspective, insights, and recommendations as a Member of the Central New York Regional Economic Development Council allows me to continue to contribute while also seeing – in action – the positive results of Network Effects in urban communities.
The REDC has awarded more than $600 million for more than 1,000 projects in Central New York, which have helped to create 15,000 new jobs and retain 34,000 in our region! Being involved with the CNYREDC gives me a lens into all of Upstate New York, and how all communities can positively influence one another.
